The British Library has interactive timelines that I was perusing. One of the things I've been trying to find is an easy to us timeline for my stories. When I read this and one other, they were more along the way I wanted to track things in my world.
Although I have created various histories and character sketches, I still get mixed up when writing stories. Even keeping files together in one folder doesn't always help. Especially when backups are done. I now have about 5 copies of each on my desktop. Ratted, dratted machine doesn't always do what I want it to do. Like errant kids who are trying to find their independence.
